Tunku Abdul Rahman University College – Taste of Malaysia Culinary Workshop 2016

14th November 2016, a fruitful culinary workshop was co-organised by TAR UC’s Faculty of Social Science, Arts and Humanities (FSAH) and the Chinese Chef Association of Kuala Lumpur.

Held at TAR UC’s Auditorium, the event was attended by Dato’ Seri Lau Wai Kiong, Adviser of Chinese Chef Association of Kuala Lumpur, Mr Yap Yook Wah, President of Chinese Chef Association of Kuala Lumpur, and Chef Willment Leong, Chairman of World Chef Without Borders who were warmly welcomed by Datuk Dr Tan Chik Heok, President of TAR UC, including invited Guest Speaker, Chef KK Yau.
